Terms & Conditions
1. Availability
All ODO Items pieces are handmade and subject to availability. If an item you order is no longer available, you will be contacted promptly and offered an alternative or a full refund.
2. Product Descriptions & Pricing
We take great care to ensure that all product details, descriptions, and prices on our website are accurate. However, occasional errors may occur, and ODO Items reserves the right to correct or update information at any time without prior notice.
All prices are listed in SEK and include VAT. For deliveries outside the EU, any import duties, customs fees, or local taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.
3. Shipping
We offer free shipping on all orders. All items are shipped from Italy using insured and trackable delivery via trusted third-party carriers.
Estimated delivery time: 2–3 weeks. Delivery times are indicative and may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as customs processing or transport delays.
4. Returns
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. To initiate a return, please contact info@odoitems.com.
Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
For orders outside the EU, both outbound and return shipping costs are paid by the customer.
Packages refused by the consignee or returned to sender will incur a handling fee, deducted from the refund amount.
5. Damaged or Lost Deliveries
All shipments are fully insured. If your item arrives damaged, please report it within 30 days of delivery and include photographs of the damage. We will offer a replacement or refund, depending on availability.
ODO Items is not liable for lost or stolen packages once they have been handed to the courier, but we will gladly assist in filing an insurance claim.
We strongly recommend not requesting deliveries to be left “in a safe place”, as insurance coverage will not apply in such cases.
6. Complaints
If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us promptly at info@odoitems.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos if applicable.
We follow the guidelines of the Swedish Consumer Agency (Konsumentverket). You have the right to make a complaint within three years of receiving the item, provided you notify us within a reasonable time after discovering the defect.
A claim made within two months is always considered reasonable.
If the claim is approved, we will offer repair, replacement, or refund, depending on the nature of the defect and product availability.

7. Delays & Force Majeure
ODO Items is not responsible for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, customs delays, or transport disruptions.
In such cases, ODO Items will be entitled to a reasonable extension of time to fulfill its obligations.
8. Agreement
By placing an order through odoitems.com, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
