All our pieces are sent directly from Italy, carefully packed and fully insured. Once dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking link to follow its journey home to you.
Most orders arrive within 2–3 weeks. If your lamp requires any adjustments before shipping, we’ll keep you informed every step of the way.
Yes — within the EU, shipping is always on us. For other countries, delivery costs will be shown at checkout.
We do. Orders outside the EU are shipped without VAT, and local customs fees or duties may apply depending on your location.
Each lamp is carefully wrapped in custom-fit protective materials to ensure safe arrival. We treat every piece with the same care we chose it with.
Of course. Whether you need a shorter drop or a longer chain, we’ll tailor the length to your space at no extra cost. Just leave a note at checkout.
If you’d like a gold or matte finish instead of chrome, we’re happy to explore it. Just reach out — a small surcharge may apply depending on the request.
Yes. Each lamp is professionally rewired and ready to be installed upon arrival. Need US-compatible sockets? Just ask — we’ll take care of it.
No, bulbs and ceiling hooks are not included. But we’re happy to advise on fittings and accessories if you’re unsure what’s best for your space.
All shipments are insured. Just contact us within 30 days with photos and we’ll arrange a refund or replacement.
Yes — we offer viewings in Stockholm by appointment. Just get in touch and we’ll gladly arrange a time that works for you.
